Show Notes

Being a Christian doesn't mean we have to live a boring, rule-filled life! God isn't a cosmic killjoy who wants to destroy any chance of fun, not at all. Instead, the Bible teaches in Ecclesiastes that God wants us to enjoy our lives - - - just to do so mindful of Him. What we do with our bodies is to be guided by our minds set on Him and hearts that love Him.

In this final discipleship conversation in "The Heart/Mind/Body Decision" series, we focus on our bodies and what guides us as Christ-followers in our decisions about them. Thing is, our bodies aren't about legalism (rules) or licentiousness (no rules) but about a love relationship with our Creator that affects everything about our lives.  When the dots connect, that's when we can have our best lives ever. Let's meditate on this - and teach it to the next generation!
