Show Notes

Welcome to Family Discipleship 101 - - - a course that isn’t just a class but a lifetime! Whether your kids are big kids or little kids, grownups or toddlers, God wants us to talk about His Word with those He’s entrusted to us. This includes our families, but it also includes others that God brings into our lives.

In this week's podcast, I talk about what God’s Word says in Deuteronomy 6:5-7 about the why and how of discipling our families. Turns out, the journey of discipling the next generation is one of the earliest commands in the Bible.  We get to do this around the table and along life’s way. Our conversations can start with something as simple as a single Scripture verse or two, such as this one found in this week’s conversation “A Call to Family Discipleship.”  We invite you to spend a few minutes considering this conversation, in your own personal quiet time and then in discussion with someone you love.

Friend, may we encourage you today - - - skip the intimidation and get straight to the conversation. God has so much He wants to do through you in the lives of those He’s entrusted to you!
